Kenny Perry claimed his second victory of the year and jumped to the top of the FedEx Cup standings as he won the Travelers Championship in Connecticut. Perry shot a final-round of seven-under-par 63 at TPC River Highlands in Cromwell, for a total of 22 under par for the tournament, three shots clear of David Toms, who closed with a 65. This win takes Perry to a new career best 4th in the Official World Golf Ranking, an improvement of 3 spots on the week.
Week 25 - LUCAS GLOVER WINS THE US OPEN AND JUMPS INTO THE WORLD TOP 20

Lucas Glover claimed a two-shot victory on a dramatic final day which he and Ricky Barnes had started with a five-shot lead over the field at seven under par as the rain-delayed US Open Championship moved into a fifth day at Bethpage Black. At one point the lead was held jointly by Glover, Phil Mickelson and David Duval while England's Ross Fisher also challenged. Glover clinched his first Major Championship win with a birdie on 16 and pars on the final two holes as his rivals all bogeyed either the 15th or 17th holes or both. Glover moves into the World Top 20 to 18th, a jump of 53 positions and after starting the year as World Number 177.
Week 24 - BRIAN GAY CLIMBS TO WORLD NUMBER 35 WITH A WIN AT THE ST JUDE CLASSIC

Brian Gay, who won the Verizon Heritage tournament in April by 10 strokes, won the St. Jude Classic by 5 strokes having lead since day one. The win seals his place in next week's US Open and moves him into the World Top 50 for the first time in his career as he climbs 19 positions to World Number 35.
Week 23 - WORLD NUMBER ONE TIGER WOODS WINS THE MEMORIAL TOURNAMENT

Tiger Woods birdied the final two holes to clinch victory at the Memorial Tournament presented by Morgan Stanley at Muirfield Village in Ohio. The world number one shot a final-round of seven-under-par 65 for a 12-under 276 overall total. That was enough to overcome a four-shot deficit on overnight leaders Matt Bettencourt and Mark Wilson. Jim Furyk, who shot 69, finished in second place, a stroke back on 277 and moves back into the World Top 10.
